Its a one wire system. The wire is in the drivers kick, it's ORANGE / purple POS(+) pulse

Lock= 2.7kohms   unlock=620ohms    USE RELAYS

Also.....the factory alarm dis-arm wire is in the same location NEG(-) pulse, it's lt.GREEN/ orange

Does your dash look like the one in the picture above...?

If so then your door lock wires can be found in the fuse box to the left side of the dash.  Remove the fuse access panel you will see three relays towards the front of the car.  The two top relays are lock and unlock....you can look at the back of the fuse panel to see which one is lock and unlock...

pull the relays straight out of the fuse panel.  You will see 5 pins..

The relay socket will look like this, slide your wire from your omega into the bottom far left pin.  the pins on the bottom row are small and the two top pins are large.

Relays are setup for negative trigger already.

also if you do not trust mobileworks you can stick your meter in the socket after you pull out the relay and press lock and unlock buttons to make sure you are on the correct pin of the relay. it never hurts to double check. i just did one two days ago and mobile works pin location is correct.... measure twice cut once though right?
