Try this:
1 SIT DOWN IN VEHICLE AND CLOSE DOOR
2 HOLD YOUR FINGER DOWN ON THE POWER UNLOCK SWITCH ON THE DRIVERS DOOR.
3 PUT THE KEY IN THE IGNITION, TURN THE IGNITION ON/OFF, ON/OFF. LEAVE THE KEY IN THE IGNITION. (DON'T START THE VEHICLE, THE ON POSITION IS THE RUN POSITION JUST BEFORE START)
4 RELEASE YOUR FINGER FROM THE POWER DOOR LOCK. THE POWER DOOR LOCKS WILL CYCLE.
5 PRESS AND HOLD BOTH THE LOCK AND UNLOCK BUTTONS ON THE NEW REMOTE UNTIL YOU HEAR THE POWER DOOR LOCKS CYCLE. YOU MAY HAVE TO HOLD BOTH BUTTONS DOWN FOR 5-20 SECONDS.
6 TAKE THE SECOND NEW REMOTE AND HOLD BOTH THE UNLOCK AND LOCK BUTTONS DOWN UNTIL THE LOCKS CYCLE.(ANOTHER 5-20 SECONDS)
7 TURN THE KEY ON, THEN BACK OFF.
NOW EXIT THE VEHICLE AND TRY YOUR REMOTES.
Post back your results on the forum.

*IF* you have factory installed remote entry, this will work for all years of Trail Blazers. If you do not have the factory installed remote, the locks will cycle again as you are pressing the buttons on the remote, and it will not accept the programming.
The Trail Blazer's are already setup with the components needed for remote entry....it's just a matter of adding the right programming from GM with a Techline terminal. Of course, GM isn't authorizing dealers to do this, so you need to find an accomodating dealer or mechanic with the right tools.
