is that the wire from the remote module?

also the remote is able to program features it says push the proogram swith

is that one of the buttons on the remote or is it the valte switch?

futher checking on my part the br/wht wite is the off position.shouldn't it have power fed to the30 an 87 pin

thats correct the brown  on pin 85 is the  wire that goes to your parking light ouput.  the relay when activated  will ground out the BLACK/ green wire when its not energized the BROWN / white wire  completes a circuit....also make sure you dont have the auto lights on..and the program switch im not really sure im not familar with those types of remote start... any other i would say the valet switch is the program switch.... but also some bulldog remote starts are programed through the remotes. so not really sure
