I have recently put in a viper 791xv  alarm. Here's what i want to accomplish.

Say the alarm is armed, doors are locked, but windows are open. When a person reaches inside and unlocks the door (without actually opening the door) i want the alarm to go off.

Any ideas on how i can pull this off? Ive got aftermarket door locks, 5 wire actuators... I tried connecting the door trigger input wire on alarm to the - unlock on the actuator module, but that didn't seem to work...

thanks

What wire from 791 did you use?

Were you trying to connect to Door Lock / Unlock Relay Module or did you try at the Actuator wires?
When you Unlock one of the Actuators the Lock wire at the Actuator should become Negative & visa versa
