Ok here is the situation. the keyless entry in the van from the factory will unlock the drivers door when pressed once and all of the others when pressed twice. using a prestige 785 plat.. I could use the green wire to lock all the doors on arm, using the RED / black I was able to unlock all of the doors only =. and only when I hit the unlock(disarm) 2 times. using the red wire of the alarm which should disarm the drivers door I got no result. When testing the wire (TAN) as everyone says I got a 12V+. the alarm gives me a 12v+ when I hit disarm. But it will not unlock the door it does nothing. I even went straight to the lock itself with no results? I even swapped the brain out on htis unit to try to resolve this issue, can anyone here help.... I even tryed to 5 wire the lock this just burnt the green lock wire of the alarm, now I have to replace the brain with a third unit.
