Hello, I'm new here trying to figure out what the problem is with my Solaris Remote Start alarm installed on a 99 Honda Civic SI. Basically, the car developed this problem a day ago and since then it is not functioning correctly. The LED light flashes 10 times telling me low battery voltage or a power tampering problem. I replaced the battery, and checked the connections; they all look brand new.
The problems: I can start the car with remote start, it will run fine. But, when I unarm it, the car immediately shuts everything down. It also does not let the accessories "run-on" until I open the door as usual. Only about 1/2 the time will it actually give me the 10-flash LED code, but the problem is everytime. I can't make any sense of what power-tampering means or how to fix it. Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated.
