CA425/CA545 Still won't start

1995 Subaru SVX L

I have the alarm all installed everything works great locks trunk shock sensor EXCEPT it wont start the car, it has learned the tach and everything...all I get is either 4 or 5 chirps out of it...whats the deal!!! the only wire im wondering about is the blue/white its for remote start activate or somthing, where is it supposed to go?

That indicates one of the following......
-Brake pedal is on, or brake input is miswired
-Hood is raised, hoodswitch improperly installed, or hood input miswired
-Control switch is on the "off" position, unplugged, plugged into the wrong port, or broken
First check out the control switch, and if that's not it, go DIRECTLY to the alarm brain, and test the hood and brake wires for proper function.
