06 Lucerne bypass module

Anyone know which bypass module to use-(GMSL)or(GMDL-BP)?

Neither one will work. Go to bypasskit.com and check out the two modules for that car. They have a search function for the year make and model. One does the theft/immobilzer interface and the other does the keyless/alarm interface.

Key in the box.. I would pickup a module to do the locks though.

The Lucernce is similar to the Impala and uses a hybrid Passlock/Passkey III system. You need to use the two modules I listed and you won't have any problems. The key in the box method won't work unless you also interface with the Passlock/starting circuit.

You only need more hookups if your modules ACC wire doesn't fire up before the IGN wire. In which case you can use the following diagram along with a key in the box on the '04+ Malibu/G6, and the '06 Lucernce/Impala. If your modules ACC does come on before the IGN, a key in the box is all that you need.
