I just purchased an autopage 750lcd and have no experiance in installing security systems.  I have general electrical knowledge of cars and was wondering if any one had any tips or diagrams when installing this system in a 1997 toyota 4runner 4wd.

To possibly save some headache, try using voltage checking type in start feature II programming.  You have to enter this programming level after installing everything and select voltage checking type and then test it to make sure you have everything hooked up right.  This will save you the headache of looking for and testing the tach wire if you dont need it.    Read the manual a couple times because it is sort of sonfusing, but it is very thorough. Keep us posted with any questions you have.
