I was looking at the wiring diagram and it tells what color wires goes where, but does it mean that I have to tie into the fuse box or the wires in the back?  Please let me know.

You have to look at the wire location and that is where you need to attach the alarm wires to .

Is there anything special I need to know?  I have a 95 Honda Accord and no clue of where to start.  I need a diagram to go by for "Dummies".  Is there such a thing?

Professional isntalation is highly recommended for alarm/remote starter installations, but here is a diagram for your Accord. There is no special bypass that you will need, all connections are straight forward, but MAKE SURE YOU USE A DMM to double check all circuits before attempting to connect a wire to the remote unit.
