I am installing a viper 5901 remotes start/security system in a 2001 jeep grand cherokee. The H-10 blue/white wire is for - remote start/turbo timer activation input. Says it requires single ground pulse for remote to activate and deactivate. I get a remote start error indicating it is remote start/turbo timer issue. Where do I connect this wire to? What do you suggest guys and gals?

Factory default setting is for (-) Remote Start Activation ( which is ok because I don't think your Jeep is a turbo  viper remote starter issue -- posted image. ).  This wire is not used ( and should be securely taped / insulated ) if you are planning to do remote starts the normal way with the button on the Vipers FOB's.

It could be used as a way to initiate a remote start, if you had another device to send this wire a (-) pulse trigger.

Soldering is fun!
