i have a 91 acura legend sadan and i bought a keyless entry . i want to iinstall but im wondering if the car already has what im going to install or not and if i have to bipass any thing. newby thanks

From the tech sheet someone posted doesn't look like you have any bypassing to do. Goodluck...

 is this all i need to do for install? do i need to disable factory alarm? do i need to run any relays?

Ya according to the sheet you need to disarm the factory alarm.  You can see it listed as OEM alarm disarm. If you dont when you open your doors the alarm will go off. Whether you need relays depends on the keyless system you bought. You should have stated what it was and you may have gotten more help. To get the best help always give the make and model of the system as well as the make and model for the car. The instructions that came with it will probably tell you. Good luck
