Hi, im new to these forums and this is my first post.
A bunch of mates are all getting a few paddock cars togeather for some fun.
I have a nissan pulsar i think its around 1991. I want to wire in a start button cause it real hard to start with the key and was after some info.
I was thinking, that on the back of the keyswitch would be two wires for the ignition contact which i would need to put a switch on to enable, then another pair of wires which would be the starter relay which i thought i would just wire a n/o push button over. So, In theory, use the first switch to turn the ignition on, then hit the second push button to start. Am i on the right track here?
Any wiring diagrams would be appreciated, i cant seem to find anything on it.
Thanks in advance!

I think you have summed it fairly well.
The ~1990 Pulsars are EFI (I know the N13 is Delco), but hacking the IgSwitch is probably the way to go - various relays handle the EFI, starter etc.
But you may need the correct wiring diagram to see if there is more than one IGN +12V or starter signal, and then determine if it matters (or can they be commoned etc).
And then there are the accessories - but they could be added to the IGN +12V if on during cranking is not a problem.
