Wanna remove the airbags from my car guys, do i risk triggering the airbag light if i do? I'm just gonna remove all the plugs at the points of termination at the airbag holder, car is a 1998 Nissan Primera.

Typically the air bags are supervised meaning that if you simply remove them the light will come on. On many cars it is as simple as putting the CORRECT resistor across the wire harness.

I've seen people replace seats with airbags in them for racing seats with no airbags. I don't think I've ever seen anyone just remove a dash airbag or a curtain airbag.
When swapping out seats that is when I have seen people use resistors to keep the airbag light from coming on.

Disconnect battery wait 20 mins, and or flash the terminals together, measure the resistance at those plugs, replace with matched resistor, re-connect battery and away you go.
After this my next post will probably be as a rookie.
