Who installed the R/S system?  How long has it been installed?  Has this problem just started with the cold weather?

The problem could be the Starter2 ( fuel enrichment  ) ignition wire was never connected to the R/S and/or is no longer

working.

Also, living in a cold climate, I would connect the Tach wire and run in Tach Mode.

Soldering is fun!
