Hi

already took out the facotry stereo and disconnected all wires from it. Going to install pioneer stereo. My problem is, the original wires are in the plastic "plugs" that fit into the old connections. Should i just cut the wires so that the plastic is off and then connect the original wires or is there a way im supposed to connect the new wires to the plastic pieces?

Any suggestions?

Never cut the factory harness. Go to Wal-Mart or any local stereo shop and get a wire harness to plug into the factory plugs. They are real cheap, and they make things a breeze.

As with the wiring harness that Ninsane18 said you should get, while your at that store grab a dash kit for your car as well, it will make your life alot easier and makes for a quicker install.
