I've searched alot of forms amd noone couls help me. Ok, I installed the alarm according to the instructions Step by Step, everything works great EXCEPT the remote start feature. When I hit the remote start button the bike will crank but not start. Now, if I have the key in the on position which also preps the fuel pump the remote start with start the bike no prob. My question is how do I get the alarm to first tell the ignition switch to go to the "on" position and THEN crank the bike??? Any help would be greatly GREATLY appriciated, I have A Honda CBR 954 rr 3003, and the alarm is a Thor.

Can Some one please help me.

Sounds like you have more than 1 ignition wire.

Do you leave the thumb switch on all the time?? You know, the one on the right handgrip. If you don't have it set to "on", you can crank all day, but it ain't gonna start.

It has an antitheft system similar to the passlock systems we have on cars. There will be a wire off of the ignition switch that has varying voltage. You need to cut that wire and determine the proper resistor value, and then use a relay to wire it in. This will turn the fuel pump on and allow the cycle to start and run.
