i was trying to see how do they get them flip downs to look like the are molded in to the head liner .?

dont have a link but i see on mtv's  pimp my ride the flip down's they do  all was look like that...and with that will a flat  metal over the head liner hold two flip downs in the back seat or do u find a good glue or silcone that can with stand the heat to hold the wood to the metal skin above the head line thin with the head liner in place drill the flip down to that ?
