I just have a question about making fiberglass molds and how to get them to stay up.  I am working on a 93 Astro van and i removed covers in the back of the van in order to mold in the fiberglass and make a sub enclosure for each side.  I am just wondering after i make it...i want it to be removable.  But i dont want it falling out if he goes over a speed bump.  Any ideas on how to make the mold with the sub in it stay up would be greatly appreciated.

usebolts with rubber washers to hold them to the doors, accessable when the subs are removed

would that still make it air tight for a sub enclosure if i have the bolts just coming through the enclosure? Or are the rubber washers for that as well as preventing rattle??
