I'm new to this so please bear with me... any comments are welcome cause i'm already having a bad day so why not...

The is the 1/2" lexan predrilled part way... with a 1/8" snap on bit broke off inside cause I suck...

hopefully the pictures explain it all. The second one is of the lexan predrilled... but it won't come out... as of now I have the inside edges of the lexan all painted gloss white and clear coated and all screwed together and siliconed

Just make shure no water touches any wood, , be shure the water tank is completely lexan.

That would be horrible if water got in that, mdf.  Soak it up like a sponge, but no way you can ring that mdf out.  haha little joke there.

lol, yeah the tank is completely made from 1/2" lexan I have all sides but the front face screwed together i'm strill trying to figure out how i'm gonna mount the bubble wand and exhaust tube... I have to figure out how to run the inlet hose up the side of the tank but i'm pretty sure I have that covered already... I still have to seal all the inside edges with white silicone, prime it paint it and gloss it... Then go to K-Mart to get my 4 10" neon tubes at $16 eachhopefully that'll be enough... then I have to figure out what i'm gonna do for a port... The specs for 1 12" is 4" round by 7.25" long... dunno? Still alot to do but now its starting to come together...
