I know there are a lot of topics on door panels but i need to get something straight. If i want to make my whole door panel fiberglass, can i make a mold of it and then put the mold right over top of the vinyl with liquid nails or something like that?

you COULD do it, i wuld pull the door panel off and then make a mould of the inisde, then glass the outside of the mould.  This shuld make a replica of the original door panel, and then just screw this on

Make a mold and then custom make a system to remove the pannel if need be. Try to make something along the lines of the factory pannel.
Why do you ask if I ate paint chips when I was younger?
