Have a 2004 Express Van , I have been thinking of using the Reardoors themselves as the enclosures for the subs, I would have to build a front baffle that will seal the interior side of the door , I also will be dynamatting the complete inside of the door itself, Thhe question I have is will the door enclosure be sealed enough or will I need to build fiberglass enclosures inside each area. I also believe i could buils .65cu enclosures with MDF that could be attached to the door. Give me some ideas.... I am thinking of installing a 10" RF punch P310d2 in each door.

Give me what ya got.
