It can be done fairly easily...how are your neons switched on right now?

Assuming your neons just have a switch and not a control module, here's how you'd do it using an SPDT relay.
85 : - auxiliary output from alarm.
86, 87 : fused constant 12v +
30 : power feed to neons
87a : not used.

I have only been playing with car lighting and relays for days, so someone please correct me if I am wrong.

I would install it like this:

Neon light connected to car alarm system -- posted image.

Intall Relay 1 in the engine bay, and Relay 2 in the car's interior

(1) Parking light input so you would not accidentaly turn your neon during the day

(2) A switch in the interior so you can turn it off, even at night.

Is this a correct diagram?

I think I made a mistake.  With the above diagram, the neon will only light if the parking light is on.

Please review the following diagram, hopefully it would be right

The second diagram is good; however I wouldn't use the parking light output because there may be a time when you want just the neons on without parking lights, and neons don't draw much current at all where they'll drain the battery quickly. Your diagram is correct if you want to go that way though.
Also, you can generally find that parking light wire inside the car as well as under the hood.

Chris is right, if we want the neon to light without the parking light, I would change the parking light input (1) into ACC input, so I won't forget turning it off when leaving the car (but Chris said neon consumes very small power anyway it won't flatten the battery).

How much power does a neon system draw?  Alarm module's negative output is normally around 200mA (designed for relay-driven functions), meaning the maximum power it can give is theoritically around 2.4W.  The switch is for when you want to turn on the LED without the remote.

To give you a picture: I connected the dome light output direct to a separate bulb, and it only lights very dimly.  I change the bulb to a LED around 2W, and it lights fully
