i have an older car 88 cutlass and i just had the tail light replaced by a "professional" yah right. it has two bulbs when i brake both the bulbs glow right like normal but when lights are just on then the top light doesnt glow. it didnt have the problem before .. is it just the buld that is bad and i can replace it or does sound like a wiring mistake and should take it back to the shop?
