i need your help guys
i recently did an install in a 2006 porsche cayenne , i in stalled an alpine iva-w505, with a kce 300bt bluetooth unit, and the nve-872a navigation unit. all the peices work fine the only problem i had was engine whine, now the reason for this post is that the car is non aplified so there are no rca's being ran and i did not add any aftermarket amplifiers only using the stock speaker system. so this is what i tried i ran a new 12+ fused from an empty slot on the fuse box and ran a new ground from the crossbeam behind the dash and still the engine whine is present, i even added a power filter to the 12+ line. if anyone has any ideas as to what else could be causing this problem it would be very appreciated
thanks in advance

Did you filter the yellow or the red wire of the radio?   If you have a .5 farad cap laying around, you can try connecting that to the yellow wire of the radio.

No, the ignition wire is simply a trigger wire that turns the radio on.  All audio components are powered via the constant wire.

Make sure you re-ground everything, not just the HU.  And check the ground return resistance from the location you chose.  Porsches like Volkswagons are often glued together not welded.  I assume you drilled a new hole, cleared the paint, used a star washer, etc.?
