with a sealed box, subs wired at 2 ohms.
80 amp AGU fuse and the fuse on the amp is three 25 amps so no problem with the fuses there.
if i turn the headunits volume up to about 30 they start getting louder but thats way to high for the speakers and they distort. the speakers in the car are 4 ohm. and they are 4x6 with two tweeters in front.
93 nissan pathfinder, enclousure is sealed and in the trunk facing the back
i checked all the settings on the headunit and the amp, i turned all of them up all of the way and they still arent even hitting nearly as hard as i had them, they are very quiet and should not be this quiet as i have had installed them in a different car and have had them actually running where you could hear them, you can barely hear them and they are moving a little bit.

Sounds like you may have one sub out of phase with the other.  Check your wiring.

Then either your speakers are blown or the amp is blown - or perhaps just set up incorrectly.  How is your LP filter set and did you set the gain correctly?
