Can anyone help ?

Trying to connect a PAC SWI-X  unit to a recently installed Pioneer AVH-P4000DVD.  There is one white wire from the PAC harness that needs to be connected to function.  Where this wire connects I do not know. In the 2006 xB HU w/SWC there are 4 sets of connectors which have no id, one of which is the SWC.  ( Power / Speakers / SWC / iPod & Aux)

Need the wiring diagram for a 2006 Scion xB with SWC (steering wheel controls) that includes the additional scheme for the SWC & iPod/aux inputs...

Thanx !

Do everyone a favor and return the SWI-X. It is junk b/c it is infra-red and is highly effected by light. Buy the PESWIPS or SWI-PS module.
Heres the instructions http://76.12.243.71/swixprogramming/showstepbystep.asp?InterfaceChecked=3&RadioGroupPioneer=0&mmSearch=Scion&Submit2=Search+Vehicles&ID=386
Looks like you use pin 6,7, and 8 with 150 ohm resistor. If you're not comfortable doing this consult a professional for install.

Thanx Yimke !!!!

I found & have these instructions archived.  They specify the SWI-PS not the SWI-X.  Does it matter ????  Is the only difference the SWI-X is infrared and the SWI-PS is not ?  And the PESWIPS, will it work with my car ??

Thanx

PESWIPS and the SWI-PS are the same thing only different manufacturers (technically).
But read my first part of the post. Return the SWI-X and buy either the SWI-PS or the PESWIPS. You will thank me down the road. And your unit has the capability to run these since it has a remote input on the back of the unit.
The SWI-X is a last resort for me because it is infrared and it can be disrupted by sunlight. In other words (A giant pain in the you know what) I only use this if the customer is in love with their unit and it doesn't have a direct input for steering wheel controls.
Once you get that, then we can help you if you are still having technical issues.
