clarion nx409 in 1999 lexus lx470

Hello, My Dad and I are trying to install a Clarion NX409 head unit in his 1999 Lexus LX470 using the stock amplifier and speakers. I tried looking for a harness but I do not think there is one made for this car. So we cut the stock harness and tried to match the wires up with the Clarion unit. This is where we are having trouble. We got the unit to power on but it only power on as long as the amp isn't connected. When the amp is connected to the amp on wire on the Clarion the unit turns on but then shuts off and restarts. Could you guys take a look at our wiring and check if it is correct? Here is a pic of the stock radio harness that I cut out. Here is how we wired the Clarion to Stock harness I also read that you must Jumper the ignition wire to amp remote wire (BLACK/ Red). A little confused here.
