First figure out how much space is available where you want to put the sub. Don't worry about size or brand till you know where you want it and how much space is available. Too many times a customer has the PERFECT setup and it's not realistic to put it where they want it. What type of music do you listen to? ported boxes are bigger than sealed. I just put an 8inch fosgate in a 61 corvette with custom kick panels. The sub was hidden behind the kick panel with the car becoming the box( already fiberglass, much reinforcement needed) This has to be decided first. What about a center console? too many variables. many people on this site can help but we would need your help to get you the results you want.

so...
1 pair of speakers
1 subwoofer
1 amp for subwoofer
Do you want to amp your door speakers?
Do you also need a head unit?
If you have one what is it?
How tall can your box be?
Also were you planning on installing sound deadening?

Ok we should be able to help you build a good system for that budget.
You might want to consider a new HU if your upgrading everything else. Take a look at some pioneer, alpine, kenwood, eclipse (if you can find any), clarion. look for preamp outputs with higher voltages = cleaner signal to amps...speakers. you should be able to find something in the $150-250 range.

Using your measurements you have plenty of space behind your seat. Over 6000 cubic inches of volume at 1728 cubic inches per ft. depending on how you mount your sub the depth can be an issue. that sub you want has a mounting depth of over 8 inches. this would be a challenge(NOT impossible....maybe)because you also need room for excursion so it doesn't hit your seat. don't get caught up with the whole RMS war. A quality install with properly built enclsore will knock peoples socks off( yours included) A Kicker L7 10 solobaric has a depth of just 6.5 inches( much better fit) A square 10in has more surface area and I like the kicker line so I would start there. Since you have an amp for the doors go with a mono amp for the sub. the ZX line by kcker would match up great and being a class D it would be tolerant of tight confines. Co axial speakers aimed correctly would sound great. Keep in mind that separates are not typically supposed to be separated by more than the diameter of the woofer. this helps to prevent out of phase cancellations.

sound deadening in the doors at least should be mandatory. If you can afford more then great because the quieter you make your truck the louder it will be. What I suggested should easily fit the budget you have. But obviously many combinations are possible. And I looked again and the depth of the orion is ALMOST 9 inches. I would not personnaly try to shoehorn that thing in there. easier options that would sound fantastic IMO.

If you were looking at that Orion then you obviously want an SPL (LOUD!!!) woofer right?
I am also assuming you are able to build a box?
And run wires to your door speakers?
I've got a few options in mind but I'd like to make sure thats what your going for.
