i have 2 15' kicker cvrs,dvc 4-ohm 500 rms a piece, i currently have a kicker zx400(400rms) monoblock ruuning at 1-ohm...would the zx1000(1000rms) fit my subs perfectly if i ran it at 1-ohm also?

so i have to 15' cvrs in a sealed box in a 97 ford thunderbird.....i was wondering if i cut out the trunk cover where the back window meets and towards the backseat, if it would make my system louder...kinda like a hatchback or suv....i want to try it but i dont want it to sound worse. any tips would help

say i have a mono block running at 1 or 2 ohms 1000rms and 2 dvc 4ohm subs. am i correct that the power would be split 2 ways because of 2 subs? so 500 rms a sub? or would it be 1000rms a sub?
