electrical whine not fixed by grounding?

I recently installed a Pioneer Avic x930bt in my 2004 F150. All was good until this past weekend. I had originally been running my speakers on deck power. No problems. This past weekend I installed a Sundown SAZ1500D and a JL 300/4. When I turned the system on I have this annoying electrical noise. It is there with just the accessories on or with the engine. There is slight alternator whine, but you can hear the pitch change with brake lights, turn signals, and window buttons. I have tried moving the grounds on the deck and bypass and steering controls to a chassis ground vs the harness, as well as trying some stinger ground loop isolators to no help. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this. It is driving me insane!

I tried disconnecting the rca's from the amp and the noise stops, It has to be coming from the head unit somehow but I have been searching and searching to no help.

Was able to finally try this out today...Still nothing. I have ground loop isolators, as well as the grounded rca shield to deck and still whines. Pitch and frequency change with every electrical thing in the vehicle while running or when off. Any more Ideas?

it could be that your rca is running too close to a big power source like the ac blower or some other added accessory. or possibly a bad ground on one of your amps. you can also try to upgrade the factory ground wire from the battery negative to the frame of the truck, when i did this to my own truck it fixed most of my noise issues but i still had a little bit of whining and that went away when i moved my rca and ran them a slightly different way to avoid my ac blower and that was the end of my noise issues. follow your rca's and move them around a little while the system is on so you can hear the whining and if you move a section of rca and you hear a change in the whining then you know that is all or part of why you have noise in your audio.

If you  turn the gain controls of every amplifier all the way down, do you still hear the noise?

If your getting noise from pressing your brakes or opperating accessories you problem could be your battery or alternator as well. If you battery has a weak cell, it won't filter out alternator "noise" effectively which in tern can also reveal that the alternator could have a bad diode. Have the battery load tested, if you don't have a meter to see what the voltage is. Standard battery should read as follows Standby voltage ( doors closed and lights off) 12.66 minimum Testing while starting: should not dip below 10volts Running ( 13-14 volt range, some trucks will read higher but should not exceed 15v hope this helps Jaz

I just set my gains the other day and noticed no difference in noise with different gain levels.

I just put a brand new battery in the truck about 2 months before my audio system, my other one just decided to die on me one day. Any way to check for sure that it would be my alternator that you know of? I mean the truck is 9 years old now.
