Starting to veer away from a straight Kicker system heh. Good to see that you're willing to keep your options open.
Between the three, Audiobahn gets my vote

Personally I would suggest you go with A JBL 1200.1 http://www.purecaraudio.com/product.asp?0=200&1=352&3=322 But you don’t want a High Current amp they are very inefficient. When looking far a sub amp try and stick with a class D amp

The A8001DT is a good amp, and would work well with 2 CompVR's. You just have to have the right ohm load. The rating you would shoot for with that amp is 800 x 1 @ 1ohm. So you would want to get (2) 4ohm CompVR's and wire in parallel for the 1ohm load.
Some other options from Audiobahn...
Class D (0.05% THD)
A18001DT - 1200 x 1 @ 2ohms mono (mono-channel amp)
A12001DT - 1200 x 1 @ 1ohm mono (mono-channel amp)
A8001DT - 800 x 1 @ 1ohm mono (mono-channel amp)
Intake Series (0.02% THD)
A8002T - 800 x 1 @ 4ohms mono (2-channel amp)
A8000T - 800 x 1 @ 2ohms mono (mono-channel amp)
Class AB (0.02% THD)
A5100T - 800 x 1 @ 1ohm mono (2-channel amp)
A3201T - 840 x 1 @ 4ohms mono (2-channel amp)
High Current Series (unknown THD)
A2300HCT - 600 x 2 @ 4ohms (2-channel amp)
A2200HCT - 800 x 1 @ 2ohms mono, 600 x 2 @ 1ohm stereo (2-channel amp)
A2150HCT - 1200 x 1 @ 1ohm mono (2-channel amp)
A1300HCT - 1200 x 1 @ 1ohm mono (mono-channel amp)
A1500HCT - 1000 x 1 @ 2ohms mono (mono-channel amp)
I still prefer a Class D mono amp over a multi-channel Class AB for running subs, but sometimes the price difference can be a factor.
If you can afford the A8001DT, then it's worth the money.
The JBL BP1200.1 is also an excellent amp. Just be sure to watch the gains, because you would be running around 600 watts per sub. The nice part about the 1200.1 is it has the same power output at 2ohms as it does at 1ohm, so it wouldn't matter if you bought (2) 2ohm CompVR's or (2) 4ohm CompVR's

You can buy the JBL 1200.1 for $279 here http://www.purecaraudio.com/product.asp?0=200&1=352&3=322 I have done this setup (1200.1 and Comp VR's) quite a few times and they are a good match. Just be sure to adjust the gains correctly. Now with the 1200.1 it puts out the same amount or power at both 1&2ohms so it doesn’t matter if you have the 2 or 4 ohm Comp subs just wire them in parallel http://www.audiobahninc.com/tech/wiring/parallel_parallel_dual_4.pdf
