Is it important to use the same brand or type of speaker within the system?  Specifically....I have memphis Mclass 6x9 in the rear deck and Mclass 6.5" 2-way speakers in the door.  I just got some q-form kick panels and am thinking of getting mbquart or JL audio seperates.  Should I just go with the memphis speakers so it matches my entire system?  My subs are 2 12" Memphis M3 subs, but I didnt think that it mattered since all they do is go BOOM.  And everything powered by the memphis belle, the big one. Thanks

Are you planning on replacing your front channel speakers or adding a second set?

adding the second set, so a set in the factory door hole, and a set in the new kick panel

Not sure what you'll gain by that, but in that case you should match the sets (in my opinion.)

I would match them, it would just make the system go together as Brand name stuff, it wouldn't really matter if you used JL Audio or any other brands, it just wouldn't be the main brand name.
