I am sure this has been covered. According to Audiobahn.com, for my subs, I need a 1-2 cu ft box for the type of subs I have. Does anyone know if that is per sub or if that is for the pair? I am going to build a new box today and I am a little perplexed about the airspace needed. Thanks for the help.

Im almost positive thats just for one...  the usually will never give it to you for 2 and 1-2 in quite small for 2 subs.

Specifications and suggested enclosure size are always given for one woofer.  If you want to use two, you're best bet is a seperate enclosure that meets the specs for each one.

Hey Dy, Does that mean that I can build one box and then put a seperator inbetween tha subs to kinda form to chambers? Even though this will be a sealed enclosure, Would it be wise to have two seperate chambers? Each equal to the manufacturers specs. Pros? Cons?

Yes, this is the only way to do it PROPERLY.  You can build one enclosure with two chambers, or two seperate enclosures.  Sealed will sound better and allow higher power input than ported.  Ported is louder.  In general, that is.  :)

Thanks again DY, Construction is under way. I just need to put the ends on and cut holes for subs and connections. Each sub will have almost 2 cu ft in the sealed, two chamber box.
