That is quite high, but it is also typical for a 1-ohm rating.  As the impedence load goes down, noise goes up and distortion goes way up.  Memphis makes very good equipment, but it (like almost all car audio equipment) is designed to operate at 4 ohms for best sound quality performance.

I was looking at these amps which are 1 ohm Stable from these amps which one would be the best to get.
MEMPHIS 16-MC1000D (1100x1 at 1 ohm)
MA Audio HK-2000D (1500W @ 1 Ohm)
Kicker Kx1200.1(1200 W RMS x1 @ 1ohm )
Audiobahn A2200HCT (1 Ohm Mono: 1600 X 1 Watts)
Audiobahn A1300HCT (1200 x 1 Watts RMS @ 1 Ohm)
Lightning Audio X1.1000.1D( 1000 x 1 at 1 ohm)
PLease let me know which one would be the best.

On that list, the Memphis is the best quality, best sounding amp by far in my book.  If you are planning to run 1000 watt subs at 1 ohm, then you are going for SPL, so why worry about THD numbers?  All you'll get is boom anyway...
