how are you wiring the subs down to 2 ohms if they are 2 ohm subs? Are they dual voice coils? That would make sense that way. Anyways, yea, for 2 of those, you are probably not getting enough juice to each one if you are using 4 gauge and splitting to two 4 gauge wires. What kinda boxes do you have those subs in? Are they built to spec? Is the car rattling like crazy or did you do some sound dampening? From the sounds of it, 4 12's in anything with that much power should slam like crazy. Just find the weak link man.

ya they are dvc so i wired them up to 4 then dropped the ohm down to 2 ohm. i dynmat my whole trunk. it pounds but not like it should. now when my new power cable comes i hope that fixes the problem because i using 4 guage with 150 amp fuse now im gonna use an 300 amp fuse and 1/0 guage. should that give my amps more juice?

If you check this chart, which does err on the side of bigger is better, then yes.  The larger wire would carry the current these amps are trying to pull.  You'll know it when the larger alt is operational.  Until then there may not be a difference.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

installing the power wires might help the amp a little, but I doubt it will make any considerable difference. The only thing you will be doing is helping you amp live a little longer by making it struggle less. As it stands, you are overpowering those subs quite a bit, so, if anything, i'd say your subs are the weak link. or perhaps the enclosure they are in. what kind of box do you have and how is it built? Is each sub in its own chamber? are they ported or sealed? also, what kinda car do you have them in? do you have them facing in or out? facing the subs in a different angle could help. there are too many variables. you're gonna have to give me some more info on your setup, so i know whats up.
