hi, i have a memphis st250d amp i was thinking of getting a mtx thunder 6000 dvc, it is 300 watts rms does that sound like it will work

What sub are you replacing and why?

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

i have a 12 inch sony in a bandpass box, it has a wire connecting to the voice coil that does not have a good connection if you move the wire it works i plan on building a fiberglass enclosure for the 15

well, i'd do it! I'm sold. You wanna replace a sony with an MTX? You should love the difference.

im looking forward to doing the box, it will be my first fg project ill get started after i order the mtx sub

also do the memphis amps live up to there power rating?
