1993 toyota camry, hole in firewall?

i have a 1993 toyota camry sedan and i am  having trouble locating an existing hole in the firewall to go through with my power cable...i think i've found a good spot to drill a hole but don't want to if i don't have to...if anyone can help, that'd be great...thanks a lot

Check under the hood along the firewall for a wire gromet, if you can't find one, you might have to drill.  Be carefull and check both sides before drilling.

what is the best way to go about finding an existing hole???  should i get underneath the car...because i'm having trouble seeing a lot from just looking under the hood

I had the same problem working on a buddies of my car.  I could not find one to run a simple strand of 8 gauge through.  I had to drill, but be sure to seal it off with some silicone or something as well as a gromet.

yea, i ended up just drilling a hole and it worked out just fine...subs sound great...i'll have to make sure and seal the hole though
