Does anyone know of a harness or have a wiring diagram of how to bypass the stock infinity amp. I want to install a new HU, amp, and sub. Thanks

You don't have to bypass the factory amp unless you are replacing the factory speakers.  From what you've listed,  you can still use your factory amp to push your internal speakers.  The blue/white wire from your new HU will turn on both the factory amp and your sub amp.

I have already replaced the factory speakers. The were not amplified they were standard 4 ohm. A new higher powered HU will work with the stock amp? I would think it would be volume sensitive.

if unsure use a differential converter between the HU and the OEM amp......
