I have 2 dual V Coil subs and a 2 channel amp, 1000 RMS a piece, and a 2000 watt RMS amp 2 channels. how do you reccomend I wire the subs and then to the amp PLEASE HELP!

Post models of equipment, please, and ohm value of the voice coils.  Also rated power info for the amp.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

If the subs are 4 ohm DVC's.  Parrallel the two voice coils in each sub.  (+ to + and - to -) that will put each sub to 2 ohms.  Now connect one of the voice coils to the inside of the box (+ to + and - to -).  You will still be at 2 ohms.  Now you want to series the two subs up to 4 ohms because that's the ohm rating most two channels bridge at and run most efficient.  To series the the two subs from the outside of your box...run the positive of one sub to the negative of another sub....Then take the unused negative and put that to the negative of the amp and then take the unused positive and put that to the positive of the amp. (The positive and negative going to the amp should not be coming from only one sub).  Hope that helps...
