Ok in a 2000 cavalier z24 we are putting an amp on the Stock Deck, We have the RF adapter but i need to know what 4 wires i hook up from the car to the adapter, or a site that would tell me this. Also on a 1995 Cavalier THe thick black wire that goes into the back of the deck , I think its ground, is broken in half  but there is white tube with copper wires inside of it and copper wires around the outside of it... how do i fix this?

Thanks

that black wire sounds like your antenna, should be wires inside the white tube and out side, youd have to solder on a new antenna plug by seperarting the 2. as for the rf adaper by the 4 wires i think your asking for the speaker level inputs, i am unsure of the wire colors for the 2000 cavalier but you could just open the trunk and look up at the rear speakers to find out the 4.

Yea, your antenna was cut... DOH!... and rallysport is right, look under the rear reck... if you take the clips off you will see A and B... it doesnt matter so much which one you hook up to the + or not... just make sure you keep it consistent!

A = + so get both As to run to the + on the high level input

B = - so get both Bs to run to the - on the high level input
