I wanted to know what the senior members thoughts are on line drivers for multiple amps.

I have several amps, I've BI-amped alot of my system. With the kenwood HU I have it is only puttng out 2000mV.

My question is would a line driver help me get a good signal to my amps?

A line driver will most definatly give you a stronger signal to your amps and if you are running several amps off one set of preouts then I definatly recomend them. I personally have not run a system in almost 4 years now that didnt contain either my audiocontrol 3.1 or my pheniox gold PLD1.

OK, go for it, BUT keep in mind you are adding noise, distorion, and non-linearities to your system. You also run the risk of overdriving the amplifier inputs, which adds further distortions, and compromises the reliability of your system. If you set your gains on your amps correctly, and use quality matched components, you will not need a line driver. I have NEVER used one, and I have always been able to get enough noise to be satisfactory.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
