hey guys, im deciding between 2 Memphis 12 M3's or 3 12in Mclasses. There going in a ported box and are gonna be powered by a jbl600.1 amp. What will be louder and which will have better sound quality? thanks

Go with the 2 M3s, the addition of a third driver will have a negligible difference in sound, it will not be any louder to your ears in other words.
