My dog stepped on my 10" JL W0 and inverted the dustcap.  Does anyone kknow of a way to get it back out. I know it will still work, it is just ugly.

Use a vacuum I have used a shop vacuum . I just kink the hose to control the amount of suction then give it just enough to pull the cap back out. But I have to worn you be very careful if you suck to hard you will permanently damage the cap.

Thanks for the replies.  I ended up using a Mity Vac handheld vacuum pump for bleeding brakes.  I used a suction cup attachment,  pulled a vacuum, and then pulled on the suction cup, popped right out.  Now to hurry and make that expanded mesh grille.
