when building a sealed box for 2 woofers, i want both to have 1.05 cubes each, so 2.1 total, should i have them in one air space, or have a divider between the subs. I have seen both, just wanted to know if anyone knew or had opinions. thanks... sq setup, not spl, if that makes a difference.

you sohuld be safe with 1 chamber. it shouldn't make that huge of a difference with the smallerish boxes.

The same either way.  Build it the way that suits you best.  For myself, and I gather you too, putting the extra time, effort and materials into it by building a center baffle is the way I would tend to go.  The divider will add support to the weakest section of the box.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
