ok my boi n i are trying to hook up his new stereo that he got for his 98 mazda protoge. i kno i kno we need a harness n install kit first. now i need to kno, is there a way u can take the factory deck out by hand, or do u need special tools? if so how do they work? well thank u all if u post something. :D

Taking it out by hand is going to be rather difficult. No offense, but you sound like you could use some proffessional help on this car stereo... 98 mazda protoge stereo -- posted image.
