just wondering if anyone knows where the factory amp is located in the 06 toyota sequoia

There are two and they are located under the center console.

There is no such thing as free installation!

I wonder how big they are, if they are under center console

Pretty small JBL built stuff, low profile staggered one behind the other.

There is no such thing as free installation!
