I installed a Kenwood Excelon DPX 701 in a customer's vehicle. This was installed in a 2003 Nissan Xterra. This vehicle has a factory amp, hence the purpose of the PAC-OEM-2 adapter. The customer is complaining about a loose wire sound coming from the right front speaker. I have a good feeling it is not a loose wire, but I do recall having to  mess with the harness a few times in order for me to get the head unit to seat propery....maybe it is pinching somewhere.  Any ideas would be much appreciated.

FYI

The problem was intermittent static and it was coming from the RCA cables coming out of the PAC unit touching a metal surface. Lesson learned was to insure the unused RCA cable is insulated.
