1988 ford festiva wiring problems

I recently bought a 1988 ford festiva it needs some engine work but right now i'm focusing on the audio system. When i recieved the car there was no radio harness just bare wires. With the help of the 12volt and other resources i think i have found the power wires but i seem to not be getting any power. Can anyone lend some advice on what to check for? Do It Love It
