i want install my new head unit.  I have the factory boston acoustic system with amp and factory dvd.  I bought the wiring harness and bezel from crutchfield.  After taking out the radio I noticed there was another plug.  The wiring harness does not work with this plug.  Do they make another harness for that one.  It will not work without that I do not think.  No sound came out when I tried.  I just want a solution if possible.

We use the PAC #C2R-CHY for the Commanders and it works great. The system uses a CANBUS type connection to the speakers so you will have limited control of fade on the aftermarket unit. What harness did you end up using from Crutchfield? The C2R-CHY also give you hand brake, reverse, VSS & also switch ignition source for the aftermarket radio.
